Originally from North Dakota, I graduated from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota with an undergraduate degree in Management. My background includes 10 years in aviation and 20 years in management and sales.

I have always been passionate about finance and banking, so when the opportunity arose to move to Colorado and work in the financial industry, I eagerly accepted. My interest in mortgage lending stems from my own home-buying experience in 2005. At the time, the market was at its peak, and I found that many banks and loan officers were pushy and unwilling to take the time to explain different loan options. Instead of helping me find the best financing solution for my specific needs, I was placed in a loan that was not a good fit. Over the next several years, I spent countless hours trying to refinance—often stuck on hold with overseas call centers, struggling to resolve issues.

That difficult experience motivated me to become a mortgage professional. I knew I could do better—and that people deserved better. As your mortgage loan originator, I serve as your personal advocate, working with and for you to secure the best loan option tailored to your financial situation.

I’m thrilled to call Colorado home. I love the outdoors and appreciate the active, healthy lifestyle that this beautiful state offers. Since Colorado was always one of my favorite vacation destinations, relocating here was an easy decision.
