Hi! I'm Tracy Roberts.

I'm a Licensed Mortgage Broker with Mountain State Financial Group, and I created Ask Tracy to answer the mortgage questions I hear every day from homebuyers.

As the spouse of a Marine Corps veteran and the parent of an Air Force service member, I understand the unique challenges military families face during relocations and PCS moves. Helping veterans and military families achieve homeownership has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
